- TO ENTER. This giveaway will run on or about March 4, 2013 through March 22, 2013. To enter this giveaway, participants are asked to: (i) navigate to the following website of Current Catalog / (the “Website”); (ii) complete the entry form in its entirety; and (iii) submit a photograph of the product, artwork or design as instructed by Current Catalog (“Eligible Entries”) to be eligible to win. Each participant may submit multiple designs and by submitting an entry participants agree to abide by these Official Rules. Persons submitting incomplete entries or entries under false pretenses will be disqualified. Current Catalog is not responsible for telecommunications, network, electronic, technical or computer failures of any kind. Current Catalog is not responsible for any lost or misdirected mail sent by participant or Current Catalog.
Participant’s submission signifies agreement by participant to grant Current Catalog an exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable, transferable, perpetual license to alter, modify, publicly display participant’s entry and/or incorporate the design entry into any future products without any monetary compensation. Participant further certifies that the entry submitted does not contain any trademarks, logos, copyrighted material, or other intellectual property belonging to any third party and that individual(s) depicted in any submissions have given their consent for the entry to be submitted. Current Catalog reserves the right to disqualify any entry which Current Catalog, in its sole discretion, determines to be offensive, illegal, in violation of any privacy or other third party rights or for any other reason.Participant must warrant and represent that he/she: (i) is the author of the design used in the entry and (ii) that he/she hereby grants permission to Current Catalog to alter, publish or use the entry in any media worldwide. - IDENTIFICATION OF POTENTIAL WINNER. If Current Catalog is unable to make contact with the winner within seven (7) days after selecting the winner, or if the winner fails to claim the prize in accordance with these Official Rules, the winner forfeits the prize.
